Associate District Court

Eli Matthew Kuster, 39, of Fairfield, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, less credit for time served. All but two days were suspended. He was placed on two years probation. He was ordered to get a substance abuse evaluation within 60 days of judgment. He was fined $315 plus a 35 percent surcharge. He was ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees and court costs. He was ordered to be fingerprinted, if none are on file with law enforcement.

Luke Cale Jefferson Fowler, 35, of Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while license barred, a habitual offender, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, less credit for time served. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on two years probation. He was fined $625 plus a 35 percent surcharge. He was ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. He was ordered to be fingerprinted, if none are on file with law enforcement.
