Daniel siblings become doctors

Nicholas Daniel and Kimberly Daniel, children of Mike and Deb Daniel and graduates of Mt. Pleasant Community High School, both joined the ranks of medical professionals this spring.
Nick, class of 2001, graduated in 2005 from University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. with a degree in biology. He then attended Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and in May graduated with a doctorate of osteopathic medicine. He and his wife have since moved to Omaha, Neb., where he is completing his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Kim, class of 2003, graduated in 2007 from the University of Iowa with a degree in biological sciences with an emphasis in genetics. She then attended Creighton University?s School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb., and graduated with a doctorate of medicine. She is currently living in Madison, Wis., completing her residency in internal medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
