Danville woman wins $10K Mega Millions prize
DANVILLE — A Danville woman has won a $10,000 lottery prize.
Peggy Fraise of Danville matched four of five white balls and the Mega Ball in the July 29 Mega Millions drawing. She was one number away from winning that night’s $1.337 billion drawing.
Fraise purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh, 1702 E. Washington St. in Mt. Pleasant, and claimed her prize Friday at the lottery’s Cedar Rapids regional office.
The winning numbers in the July 29 drawing were 13-36-45-57-67 and Mega Ball 14.
The Megaplier, an optional $1 add-on which multiples non-jackpot prize amounts by up to five times, was 2.
