Deer cause two separate vehicle accidents
At approximately 6:51 a.m., on Oct. 10, a car versus deer accident was reported on 235th Street, near Westwood.
Anthony Fedler, of rural Mt. Pleasant, struck a deer in the roadway causing approximately $1,500 in damage to the front of his pickup truck. No injuries were reported.

At approximately 6:51 a.m., on Oct. 10, a car versus deer accident was reported on 235th Street, near Westwood.
Anthony Fedler, of rural Mt. Pleasant, struck a deer in the roadway causing approximately $1,500 in damage to the front of his pickup truck. No injuries were reported.
The following morning, at approximately 5:57 a.m., another car versus deer accident was reported on Highway 218, three miles south of Mt. Pleasant.
Matthew Hosford, of Dunkerton, struck a deer in the roadway causing extensive damage to his car. No injuries were reported.
