Deputies investigate incident in Wayland, make arrest
Henry County Sheriff?s deputies investigated suspicious activity in Wayland and made an arrest recently.
On Sunday, Oct. 4, at approximately 2:20 a.m., deputies investigated suspicious activity in the 200 block of West Main Street in Wayland. Upon investigation, five juveniles were warned for trespassing and curfew violations.

Henry County Sheriff?s deputies investigated suspicious activity in Wayland and made an arrest recently.
On Sunday, Oct. 4, at approximately 2:20 a.m., deputies investigated suspicious activity in the 200 block of West Main Street in Wayland. Upon investigation, five juveniles were warned for trespassing and curfew violations.
Lori Leffler, 40, of Washington, was arrested on Sept. 30, at approximately 6:18 p.m., following a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Pearl Street, in Wayland.
Leffler was charged with possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
