The Iowa Dental Board has put dental hygienist Amy DeVries of Fairfield on probation for alcohol-related violations.
DeVries? license to practice dental hygiene was placed on probation for five years Oct. 27. She had been arrested for her third operating while intoxicated offense June 27.
