Diabetes follow-up at HCHC
Henry County Health Center?s Diabetes Team will be offering an annual follow-up class Thursday, May 2. The class will be conducted from 2 to 4 p.m. and will be held in the new Diabetes Education Center, located in Suite 24 at HCHC. Directions will be given when you call Laura Williams, RN, CDE, CCP, at 319-385-6518 to register.
Please register by noon on May 1.
