Dorn named senior medalist at Ottumwa Invite
OTTUMWA ? The Mt. Pleasant girls? golf team placed seventh of 12 teams at the Ottumwa Invite on Thursday, where Lindsay Dorn was named senior medalist of the tournament.
Dorn shot a 94 on the day to lead the Panthers. She was followed by Natalie Booton, 96; Courtney Mabeus, 109; and Emily Cox, 123. Danika Christner shot a 127.
The Panthers scored a team total of 422. Waukee won the meet with a score of 345.

?Our team battled but had a tough time scoring on a very difficult course,? Coach Jim Kelly said. ?Now we get ready for the most important part of our season as we have our conference tournament at Washington on Tuesday.?
