Ed Osby of Parkview Care Center released a letter to the Jefferson County Health Center today in response to the decision by SunnyBrook Living Care Center to stay open during the court of appeals process regarding the number of local nursing home beds.

Ed Osby of Parkview Care Center released a letter to the Jefferson County Health Center today in response to the decision by SunnyBrook Living Care Center to stay open during the court of appeals process regarding the number of local nursing home beds.
The letter is as follows: ?I am very pleased that SunnyBrook plans to continue operation of the former hospital Living Care Center. It has troubled me that the action taken by myself against the Iowa Department of Public Health, State Health Facilities Council would in any way affect the residents currently residing at the Living Center. I, in fact, wish Betty Howell and her partners well in their operation of the center, contrary to what many may think.?
