Alex and Kaysee Phelps celebrate the birth of their daughter, Ella Jude Phelps, on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017, at 4:55 p.m. At birth, Ella weighed seven pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Ella is welcomed home by her siblings Xander, Miah, and Jonah Phelps.
Her grandparents are Don and Diane Upton, of Mt. Pleasant, Pat and Lori Crain, of Florida, and Mike and Laura Phelps, of Missouri.
