Elm Avenue bridge near Libertyville to close

The Jefferson County Secondary Roads Department has announced that a bridge on Elm Avenue southwest of Libertyville will be closed from Monday, Aug. 12, until Wednesday, Aug. 21.
The county is replacing the bridge with tanker cars.
