Exercise and animal yoga
During a recent Wednesday morning, a ?Senior Walk, Stretch and Learn? was held on the Iowa Wesleyan College campus to promote overall senior health. Put on by Healthy Henry County Communities, Henry County Public Health and The Rec Center, eleven organizations had informational booths inside the Howe Activity Center. During a recent Wednesday morning, a ?Senior Walk, Stretch and Learn? was held on the Iowa Wesleyan College campus to promote overall senior health. Put on by Healthy Henry County Communities, Henry County Public Health and The Rec Center, eleven organizations had informational booths inside the Howe Activity Center. Outside, seniors had the opportunity to take a half-mile walk around campus. Although the event was aimed at seniors, all ages were welcome, and kids from the Healthy U Summer Camp at The Rec Center had the chance to practice some ?animal yoga.?
