Kelsey Smith, left, is the 2013 Henry County Fair Queen. The first runner-up and Miss Congeniality was Ashley Loving, right in photo. Smith was crowned during a ceremony Wednesday night. She will be a senior at Mt. Pleasant Community High School and is the daughter of Jason and Debbie Smith. Loving, also a senior-to-be at MPCHS, is the daughter of Jeremy and Jodie Loving. She will be a senior at Mt. Pleasant Community High School and is the daughter of Jason and Debbie Smith. Loving, also a senior-to-be at MPCHS, is the daughter of Jeremy and Jodie Loving. Nine girls competed in the queen contest. Tonight?s events at the fair include a concert by the community band, toilet races and the 4-H bucket calf show.
