Fairfield First Fridays Art Walk theme for September is ‘Local Music Summer Showcase’

Fairfield First Fridays Art Walk will take advantage of the nice weather while it lasts by hosting Friday’s art walk outdoors.

The theme of the event on Sept. 6 is “Local Music Summer Showcase,” which will be from 6-10 p.m. in Central Park.

Celebrating the talent in Fairfield will be the focus of this event, emceed by Fairfield First Friday’s Board Member Paulina Sinaga. If you have ever attended any of the local music events in Fairfield, you know there is an amazing amount of talent here. If you have never attended one, this is the night to experience it! A list of performers and performance times below:

6-7 p.m.- Performances by: Wes Brown, Frank Centori, Noah Mizelle, Cora & Myrna, Jeffrey Hedquist, and Molly Kopp

7-7:30 p.m.: Performances by: Heathens, Nate Littrell, and Fred Hucke

7:30-8 p.m.- Featured Performer: Brian Olson

8-9 p.m.- Performances by: Averli, Jim Comey, Keith DeBoer, Teddy Sanler, Electric Brandy and Doug Marshall

9-9:30 p.m. - Performances by: Mindy Ihrke, Plasma Heat Energy and Lore Oliver

9:30-10 p.m. - Featured Performer: Tray Good

There will be many local artists, non-profits and a few new additions set up around Central Park. There will be a section of the square set up with lawn games for some friendly competition with your family and friends.
