Fairfield Masons honored at state convention

Masonic Lodge Clinton No. 15 of Fairfield received the Grand Master's Award during the Annual Grand Lodge Sept. 19-21 in Cedar Rapids. The local chapter received the honor out of 267 lodges in Iowa. The club was selected for its charitable work, volunteerism, donation of a bicycle for the library's summer reading program, hosting a dinner for first responders in 2018, and for bringing the lodge back from near closure due to low membership.
