Fairfield Parks and Rec holds Easter Egg Hunt at Chautauqua Park

The Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department hosted its annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 19 at Chautauqua Park.

Parks and Rec Director Calvin Todd led the highly anticipated and short hunt as he spoke instructions into a megaphone from atop a playground structure. The parks and rec department had different age groups search for eggs in different sections of the park, and this gave the youngest competitors a fighting chance to fill their baskets, too.
