Fairfield runner places high in Kansas City race
KANSAS CITY, Mo. ? Jan Hunerdosse of Fairfield ran the Kansas City Half Marathon last Saturday, placing fourth out of 79 runners in her age division.
Hunerdosse covered the 13.1-mile course in 2 hours, 30 seconds and averaged 9:12 per mile. Nearly 5,000 runners participated in the race.
Hunerdosse also ran at Danville?s 12-1 Run on Oct. 6. She won her age group in both races of the ?15-kilometer challenge,? ...

Hunerdosse covered the 13.1-mile course in 2 hours, 30 seconds and averaged 9:12 per mile. Nearly 5,000 runners participated in the race.
Hunerdosse also ran at Danville?s 12-1 Run on Oct. 6. She won her age group in both races of the ?15-kilometer challenge,? finishing the 5k race in 25:40 at 8 a.m. and the 10k portion in 53:57 at 10 a.m.
