Fairfield seventh-graders fall
FORT MADISON ? The Fairfield seventh-grade football teams lost a pair of games to Fort Madison on Tuesday.
The ?A? team fell to the Bloodhounds by a final score of 28-0 and the ?B? team lost 36-0.
Steeler Higdon led the ?A? team with 43 yards rushing and 11 tackles on defense. Logan Williams was the top tackler for the ?B? team with five stops.
Both teams are now 1-3. They return home next Tuesday to play Ottumwa.
