Fairfield to celebrate Oktoberfest Friday

The public is invited to come to Fairfield’s Central Park Friday to celebrate Oktoberfest with Fairfield First Fridays.
Oktoberfest lasts from 6-10 p.m. Fairfield First Fridays and the Oktoberfest Committee have planned the event, the 15th Oktoberfest the committee has organized.
The activities for the evening include live music by Van & The Movers from 6 to 10 p.m. There will be the annual Wiener Dog Races, lawn games, carriage rides, and other fun activities.
The timeline for the evening is as follows:
6 p.m. - Wiener Dog Races registration
6 p.m. - Carriage Rides start
6 p.m. - Van & The Movers, live in the gazebo
6:30 p.m. - Wiener Dog Races begin
There will be food vendors, artists, crafters, and more set up in Central Park. Stop by the Fairfield First Friday’s tent for more information about happenings around the square.
