Fairfield’s Parkview Care Center receives vaccines

The 86 residents and staff at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield received the first round of vaccines against the COVID-19 virus Thursday morning. Walgreen's Pharmacy was the pharmacy selected to administer the doses.
A second round of doses will arrive on Feb. 18.
'We are excited to be able to receive these vaccines and hoping this will be the start to end this,” said Parkview Administrator Sarah Flattery.
