Federation Bank holds customer appreciation day
WASHINGTON - Federation Bank’s first customer appreciation day at its new building saw the company hand out around 400 free meals as managers thanked community members for their business.
Such events are annual traditions for the bank, but President and CEO Trent Holtkamp said Thursday’s celebration was especially meaningful thanks to recently completed renovations at its new location.
“We’ve finally completed decorating, landscaping, all the building renovations are done,” he said. “We coined it our grand opening.”
Federation Bank has existed for over a century Washington, but relocated from 102 East Main St. to 300 S. Iowa Ave, in December.
