Back packs were taken home for the final time along with art work, projects and other memorabilia from the 2014-15 school year as classes dismissed Wednesday for summer vacation in the Mt. Pleasant Community School District. The buses are lined up and students are shown leaving Van Allen Elementary School. Classes reconvene on Monday, Aug. 24.
