Finished...finally
What was supposed to be a spring/summer project of 2014 turned into a 15-month ordeal. However, North Iris Street is finally open to through traffic. A wet summer of 2014 constantly impeded work. In fact, the last concrete in 2014 was poured in December. Crews are still finishing some work along the sides of the road, but traffic now can move free and easily on the street.
