The Fairfield Fire Department responded to a shed fire at Leisure Living trailer park at 12:47 p.m. Tuesday. Firefighters used water to extinguish the fire, which started in a chest that had fireworks inside. The estimated damages to the shed were $750. Units were back in service at 1:45 p.m.

The Fairfield Fire Department responded to a shed fire at Leisure Living trailer park at 12:47 p.m. Tuesday. Firefighters used water to extinguish the fire, which started in a chest that had fireworks inside. The estimated damages to the shed were $750. Units were back in service at 1:45 p.m.
The Fairfield Fire Department responded to stove fire at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday at 805 Fairview Drive. An individual forgot about a baby bottle that was boiling on the stove. The water evaporated and the bottle melted inside the pot, causing a fire. When units arrived on the scene, the stove fire was out. A firefighter turned the stove off. Units were back in service at 10 p.m.
