Fairfield Fire Department responded to a structure fire used for residential purposes at 8:29 p.m. Sunday at 2107 150th Street. The origin of the fire is thought to have been electrical, in a bedroom. The fire was extinguished and contained to the bedroom, with an estimated $5,000 in damages.
Firefighters responded to an accident at noon Friday at 1901 W. Burlington Ave. A bag of oil dry was used for clean up.
