The Fairfield Fire Department responded at 1:58 a.m. today to 300 W. Fillmore, where an electrical fire was extinguished. The dwelling did not have smoke detectors. Firefighters returned to the station at 3:21 a.m.
Fairfield Fire Department was called at 9:50 a.m. Thursday for mutual aid at a structure fire at 203 W. Maple, Lockridge. Lockridge fire chief canceled the call in two minutes.
