Fairfield Fire Department responded to an automatic alarm at 7:56 p.m. Monday at 2237 Highway 34, Parkview Care Center. A compressor had stopped running, causing air pressure to drop low enough to set off alarm. Firefighters reset compressor and alarm and returned to the fire station by 8:25 p.m.
