Fairfield Fire Department responded to a call of a gas smell at 5:24 p.m. Thursday at Fairfield Middle School. Firefighters used a gas detector and were on the scene for 36 minutes and found nothing.
Firefighters responded at 2:38 p.m. Thursday to a possible gas leak at 603 E. Adams Ave.
