Fairfield Fire Department responded to an automatic alarm at 3:01 p.m. Sunday at 115 N. Main St., Landmark Inn. A water leak from the main floor leaked onto the heat detector in the basement, setting off the alarm. Firefighters returned to the station at 3:38 p.m.
