Kindergarten student Lidya Frisbee stays close to her mother?s side outside Washington Elementary School this morning before the first day of classes. Her mother is Cari Godwin. Fairfield Community School District schools have an early-start and an early-dismissal schedule this week. Classes start at 8 a.m. and dismiss at 1:30 p.m.
