Officers from the Mt. Pleasant Police Department arrested four individuals following the execution of a search warrant Friday at 610 E. Henry St. in Mt. Pleasant.
Those arrested and the corresponding charges follow.
Leandrew Brink, 37, 610 E. Henry St., child endangerment and accessory after the fact, both aggravated misdemeanors, gatherings where controlled substances are allowed, a serious misdemeanor and possession of drug equipment.
Austin Saner, 18, 610 E. Henry St., possession with intent to deliver less than 50 kilograms of marijuana and delivery of marijuana, both class D felonies; accessory after the fact and gatherings where controlled substances are allowed.
Alex Foster, 22, 610 E. Henry St., four warrants for his arrest stemming from car and residential burglaries over the winter. Foster faces more charges.
Tyler Wesley, 21, Mt. Pleasant, possession with intent to deliver less than 50 kilograms of marijuana.
All four subjects were transported to the Henry County Jail where they were held pending arraignment.
During the warrant, approximately one-fourth pound of marijuana was located along with U.S. currency, scales, baggies of marijuana, prescription pills, paraphernalia and items that were instantly recognized as stolen property.
More warrants and arrests are also expected. Some of the information that resulted in these arrests, the police department said, came from the public calling in with information and it is greatly appreciated.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
