Golfers roll in Keosauqua
KEOSAUQUA ? The Fairfield girls? golf team won its first meet of the season in just its second try Friday at a golf triangular at Riverview Golf Course in Keosauqua.

Fairfield freshman Lindsey Repp continued her hot start to the season taking runner-up medalist honors with a 53. Ashley Henkel and Madelyn Swan each carded 65, and Kristen Terrell had a 68 to round out the Trojans? winning score. Alternates were Abby Adam with an 81 and Claire Slechta, who shot a 96.
Meet medalist honors went to Van Buren senior Payten Hughes, who carded a 48.
Davis County finished with a score of 300, while host Van Buren didn?t have the four golfers required for a team score.
