Governor orders flags at half-staff for marine
Gov. Terry Branstad has ordered flags in Iowa be flown at half-staff on Friday in honor of a U.S. Marine from Iowa who was killed in Afghanistan.
Twenty-two-year-old Cpl. Zachary Reiff of Preston, was injured in a roadside bombing on Nov. 18. He died three days later at a hospital in Germany.

Reiff. a 2007 graduate of Preston High School, was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment in Twentynine Palms, Calif.
