Grassley aide to host office hours in Mt. Pleasant

Penny Vacek, U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley?s, R-Iowa, regional director, based in Davenport, will be having office hours in Henry, Lee and Des Moines counties on Tuesday, Nov. 10.

Vacek will be in the Mt. Pleasant City Hall Council Chambers, 220 W. Monroe St. from 9 to 10 a.m. Her visit to Lee County will be from 11 a.m. to noon at the Lee County Extension Office, 414 Main St., Donnellson, and she will be at the Mediapolis City Council Meeting Room, 510 Main St., from 2 to 3 p.m.

Office hours provide an opportunity for Iowans to obtain casework assistance or to express views.

?Office hours are designed to help more Iowans access the assistance that is available from the office of their United States Senator,? Grassley said. ?I hope anyone with federal agency-related casework will take advantage of Penny?s visits.?
