Grassley rep to be in Mt. Pleasant next week

A representative from Sen. Chuck Grassley?s office will be in Henry County next week.

Penny Vacek, Grassley?s regional director based in Davenport, will be holding open office hours in Jefferson, Van Buren, Davis, Wapello, Cedar, Henry and Muscatine counties on July 12 and 14. The office hours provide an opportunity for Iowans to obtain casework assistance or to express views.

Vacek will be at the Henry County Courthouse, located at 100 East Main St., Mt. Pleasant, in the conference room from noon to 1 p.m., on Thursday, July 14.

?Open office hours are designed to help more Iowans access the assistance that is available from the office of their United States Senator. I hope anyone with federal agency-related casework will take advantage of Penny?s visits,? Grassley says in a press release.
