Halcyon House will host ‘Tools for Caregivers’ program
WASHINGTON — Halcyon House will host a program for caregivers in the coming months. A news release from WesleyLife said the class would prove tremendously beneficial.
“Caregiving can be stressful — physically, emotionally, and financially,” the news release said. “You will learn ways to take care of yourself, reduce stress, improve your caregiving confidence, and establish balance in your life as you care for others.”
The free program is scheduled out the Halcyon House Harvest Room at 10 a.m. Oct. 5, and 11:30 a.m. Nov. 9, according to the news release.
