Harl autopsy results released
The autopsy report on Jesse Harl, who drowned July 13 at the beach at Waterworks Park, has been released.
An autopsy was performed by the Iowa Department of Public Health, Office of the State Medical Examiner on July 14, determined the cause of death was freshwater drowning and the manner of death was by accident.
