Henry County inmate starts Christmas off with a brawl
A Henry County inmate started Christmas Day with a fight.
According to a press release, Henry County inmate Cody Bailey initiated a fight with another inmate in the jail at approximately 1 a.m. on Dec. 25.
The inmates were separated and no injuries were reported.
Bailey has since been charged with a simple misdemeanor assault.
