A Henry County man has been arrested following a domestic disturbance dispute.
Jeremy Patton was arrested on the evening of Sunday, June 28, following the Henry County Sheriff?s Office responding to reports of a domestic disturbance at the 2400 grid of Henry Lee Street in Henry County.

A Henry County man has been arrested following a domestic disturbance dispute.
Jeremy Patton was arrested on the evening of Sunday, June 28, following the Henry County Sheriff?s Office responding to reports of a domestic disturbance at the 2400 grid of Henry Lee Street in Henry County.
Following an investigation, deputies determined Patton had assaulted his girlfriend while at the residence. However, by the time deputies responded, Patton had left the residence.
Patton was later located driving his vehicle near the intersection of Henry Lee Street and New London Road. A subsequent traffic stop determined Patton was operating while intoxicated.
Patton was arrested and charged with domestic assault, a serious misdemeanor, and operating while intoxicated. He was taken to the Henry County Sheriff?s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
