Vandalism at Twin Lakes
A person or persons put holes in the green and scratched vulgar language on the sod of the third green at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Winfield.
The Henry County Sheriff?s Office was notified of the vandalism Monday morning, July 23. It is believed that some time overnight unknown people entered the golf course.

Vandalism at Twin Lakes
A person or persons put holes in the green and scratched vulgar language on the sod of the third green at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Winfield.
The Henry County Sheriff?s Office was notified of the vandalism Monday morning, July 23. It is believed that some time overnight unknown people entered the golf course.

Rollover wreck on gravel road
Three people were taken to the Henry County Health Center Monday afternoon after the car they were in entered a ditch and rolled over.
At approximately 1:45 p.m. July 23, a single vehicle accident at Des Moines-Henry Avenue and 130th Streeet was reported to the sheriff?s office.
The investigation revealed that the accident occurred on the Henry County side of the road. Morgan Roby of Danville had been operating a 2004 Ford Taurus southbound when the vehicle entered the ditch and rolled over, coming to rest on its wheels.
Cerena Gillian and Kaitlin Roby were passengers in the vehicle.
Morgan Roby was cited for failure to hvae control of a motor vehicle.
New London Police Department, New London Fire and Rescue and Henry County Ambulance assisted the Henry County Sheriff?s Office at the scene.
Suspicious man near highway
A report of a suspicious person in the 2800 grid of US 218/27 was received at 9:53 p.m. July 24.
It was reported that an older white male was seen in the area wearing dark, baggy clothing and had come out of a road ditch.
Deputies responded and searched the area but did not locate anybody.
