Van Buren County will hold their second annual Bible Reading Marathon the last Sunday of June. It will be at the VB courthouse lawn, Sunday, June 25, from 1 to 5 p.m., when the Bible will be read out loud from Genesis through Revelation. It will be at the VB courthouse lawn, Sunday, June 25, from 1 to 5 p.m., when the Bible will be read out loud from Genesis through Revelation. Each reader will be assigned a few specific chapters to avoid duplication so that all 66 books will be read that afternoon. Please bring your own Bible, lawn chair and water. For more information call Emily Reneker, 319-293-6352. There will be need for lots of readers so don?t be bashful. Bring the family and come on down. Everyone is welcome to participate.
