Hillsboro man charged with domestic assault

A Hillsboro man was charged with domestic assault after the Henry County Sheriff's Office responded to a call regarding a disturbance on Wednesday, May 15, at 8:47 p.m.
Jacob Fett, 40, of Hillsboro, was charged with domestic assault with injury and criminal mischief in the four degree, both serious misdemeanors, after the Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance at 117 North State Street in Hillsboro.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
