History Day for Leadership Washington
Washington historian Michael Zhas leads last year’s Leadership Washington’s class through an Indian burial mound site in Washington County during County History Day on May 19. It was a make-up day for the class since they could not experience the countywide tour last year due to COVID-19. This year’s class will take the tour on June 9. Applications for next year’s class are still being accepted by the Chamber, but there are only a few spots left in the 2021-22 class.
