Holiday prompts closures
In observance of Washington?s Birthday Monday, some offices will be closed.
Jefferson County offices will be closed Monday; however, the clerk of court?s office in the courthouse will be open.
Fairfield city offices also will be open.
Mail will not be delivered.
The Ledger will, however, be published.
Area senior meal sites will be closed.
Fairfield, Cardinal, Pekin and Van Buren schools will be in session.
