Ida Mae Snyder, 88, of Des Moines, formerly of Bonaparte, died at 9:55 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. The body has been cremated.
Memorials to Bonaparte Cemetery may be mailed to Harold D. Carter, 711 Dodge St., Keosauqua 52565.
Arrangements are in the care of Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

Ms. Snyder was born May 12, 1912, in Bonaparte, the daughter of Glenn and Anna Houser Davis. She married E. S. Snyder, and they divorced.
