Intersection of B Street and Kirkwood in Fairfield to close Sept. 12-13

On Tuesday, Sept. 12 and Wednesday, Sept. 13 the Fairfield Water Department will close the intersection of North B Street and East Kirkwood in all four directions in order to complete a project where they will need to dig under the road.
The work will begin first thing on Tuesday and continue until the project is completed on Wednesday. Motorists will need to plan their route accordingly to avoid the area.
