As some counties' restrictions are set to expire this Friday, Gov. Kim Reynolds was expected to give details on changes during her Tuesday news conference.
Reynolds said on Tuesday that she would instead give an update on business openings on Wednesday. Reynolds said she still is reviewing data with the Iowa Department of Public Health.
'I want to continue to look at the data and work with the Department of Public Health ... We're basing it on managing our resources and not overwhelming our systems,” Reynolds said.
