Iowa State Patrol reports an accident in Keokuk County Nov. 21. Keaton Eugene Winn 14, of Ollie, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer west on Highway 78 when the vehicle drifted off the road onto the right shoulder at 8:50 a.m. The driver overcorrected, trying to get back onto the road. Evelyn Marie Filson, 52, of Birmingham was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe west on Highway 34 at 5:25 p.m., Nov. 21, and struck a deer in the road. Her vehicle received an estimated $4,000 in damages.
