Iowa Wesleyan College has a new exhibit ? ?Iowa Wesleyan College: Being Bold? ? on display at the Chadwick Library.
Some of the features include a newspaper column from then-First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, who discusses the challenges faced by IWC during the Civil War, World War I and World War II.
IWC grad William Huber Hurt, Class of 1904, is known as the father of the Cub Scouting movement.

Iowa Wesleyan College has a new exhibit ? ?Iowa Wesleyan College: Being Bold? ? on display at the Chadwick Library.
Some of the features include a newspaper column from then-First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, who discusses the challenges faced by IWC during the Civil War, World War I and World War II.
IWC grad William Huber Hurt, Class of 1904, is known as the father of the Cub Scouting movement.
An exhibit also honors students who have been in the nursing program.
One of the nursing graduates honored is Brig. Gen. Lisa Naftzger-Kang. A 1983 IWC graduate, Naftzger-Kang currently serves as the mobilization assistant to the Air Force Deputy General in directing the operations of the Air Force Medical Service.
