Iowa Wesleyan reports another 11 virus cases

An additional 10 students and one faculty and staff member from Iowa Wesleyan University have tested positive for the coronavirus.
According to the university's COVID-19 dashboard, in the week of Sept. 13, 39 tests were conducted resulting in 11 positive tests. Currently, 16 of the 64 isolation beds the university has available are in use.
From the beginning of August when Iowa Wesleyan reopened its campus, the university has conducted 442 tests, with 64 students and seven faculty and staff testing positive.
Overall the university has a 16 percent positivity rate, an increase from the 15.4 percent rate following testing done the week of Sept. 6.
